Websites that are banned from Google Adsense
« on: November 13, 2016, 11:20:29 AM »
Like everyone I do buy sometimes a domain name. For whatever reason it seems that now you have to check first if your website is NOT banned with Adsense ????
And I think that is strange. Just an example. I have already a domain name caloriesblog.com and I actual deactivated that, and pointed it a long time ago to a other website. But yesterday I was thinking setting up a domain name for a forum about that. So I registered CaloriesForum.com and start building my website on it Then I checked if the twitter account was still available and I discovered it was taken by someone. But he or see actual registered it on the same domain name, so I could took it over.

But now the point. When I activate the ads on my website, they did not show up. When I waited to see them I actual did not see them. So I did go to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login. And start filling in the form at the end after answering all the question. Then pretty fast after that I got this email back from Google Adsense:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. According to our records, ad serving was disabled to your site because the site was in violation of AdSense program policies. For more details, please check the following places for an official notification:

Your AdSense Messages inbox
Your email inbox (try searching your inbox for emails from "adsense-noreply@google.com" or "adsense-support@google.com" or check your email account's spam filter to make sure the email wasn't mistakenly flagged as spam
The Policy violations  section of your AdSense account
If you’re using a hosting provider, you should contact them directly to confirm whether ad serving was disabled to the top level domain of the hosting provider.
Review the notification carefully for a description of the violation and what steps, if any, you can take to fix the issue. Once you've made the appropriate changes to your site, you can request a review of your site by submitting the Policy Violation Appeal form.

We suggest that you take the time to review our program policies to ensure that all of your other pages are in compliance.

If you’d like more information, please visit this Help Center article.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

Then the fun part start. First of all. If you use the NEW interface of Google Adsense. Set it back to the old one. Because the links in the top mail are not going to anywhere in the new Adsense interface but only to the old one.

And then you get in a circle, because there is actual NOWHERE a part that you can tell that you actual did buy this domain name, and that you have NOTHING to do with the previous owner. For me it is like buying a second hand car and finding out that you getting the plaim for the things that the previous owner has done ?
So, before you buy a domain name, be sure to check it. And if someone knows a link where I actual can report this direct to Google Adsense. Then I would be happy to hear this !

Thanks,
